You are invited to participate in a campaign to reduce vehicle idling outside of recreational facilities, municipal offices and health care facilities across the province. By posting an “Idle Free Zone” sign outside of your facility, you will have the opportunity to reduce vehicle idling, while raising awareness about emissions that are harmful to health and the environment. Here's how to earn this valuable free sign.
Communicate the anti-diling message to kids, parents and/or staff that use the facility. Sample resources are available upon request. Resources include: posters, brochures, decals, news articles and stickers. It can be as simple as making these resources available to parents and staff.
Fill in the information below, including how you plan to communicate the message along with permission from the appropriate individual to post the sign. Return this form back to Climate Change Saskatchewan by faxing 1-306-787-3941. For more information call 1-306-787-1611. Soon you will receive your FREE "Idle Free Zone" Sign for your recreation facility, municipal office or health care centre.
